PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Susie Maguire has over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate in the Washington area. She is currently handling residential listings and buyer representation. Earlier in her career, Susie worked on the development side in building, financing and selling new homes and in planning, designing, leasing and marketing large-scale office projects.
She has held leadership positions in the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAOIP) and Commercial Real Estate Women of Washington (CREW).
Susie’s in-depth experience in the home construction business, construction and residential lending and marketing make her a valuable resource to clients in all phases of residential real estate.
A native Washingtonian, she resided in Paris, France, from 1991-1994. Susie is married and the mother of two daughters.
