Professional Experience:
Eduardo joined Washington Fine Properties in May 2009 to manage Ruffin Maddox’s real estate team. Prior to joining Washington Fine Properties, Eduardo worked for the UN World Food Program in Rome, Italy, where he developed and managed the organization’s $180 million lending portfolio to maximize the impact of financing on food aid projects worldwide. As part of the Office of the Executive Director, he presented quarterly financial reports to the Credit Committee and co-authored the organization’s first multi-billion dollar results-based budget.
Through his humanitarian work and his love of travel, Eduardo has visited over 40 countries and speaks three languages fluently. His professional and educational background in finance, marketing and international relations enables him to grasp rapidly changing market dynamics while emphasizing a client-centered approach to his work.
Eduardo returned to his home state of Virginia to follow his passion for real estate. He lives with his wife Katharine in Arlington.
